The Diversity and Unity Team has been working hard for the last several months as a part of our ReVision process within the South Sound Church of Christ. To aid in their efforts, they have created a survey to get more input from the entire church.
The survey does not collect email addresses for the purpose of identifying the respondent and/or responses. The survey does require a respondent to sign-in a Google account as to ensure each person can only respond once. The survey takes roughly 5 minutes.
